Terms of Service
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of Our Mudroom (ourmudroom.com), operated by Beysik LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must be an adult to create a household. You're responsible for your account, for the people you invite, and for keeping your sign-in secure. Household admins control who can see and edit family information.
Your content
You own everything you add — events, photos, notes, and other family information. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run Our Mudroom for you. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful or harmful.
Free plan and Mudroom Plus
The core experience is free. Mudroom Plus is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, plus applicable tax. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Household; Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change with advance notice.
Connected services
If you connect Google Calendar or other calendar feeds, you authorize us to access them as described in the Privacy Policy. Those services are governed by their own terms.
AI features
Smart scans and the Family Assistant produce drafts and suggestions that you review before anything is saved. Please check them — they can make mistakes.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to access other households' data, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ending your account
You can stop using Our Mudroom at any time. To delete your account and data, email beysikllc@gmail.com.
Disclaimers and liability
Our Mudroom is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, so please don't rely on it as your only record of critical appointments. To the extent allowed by law, Beysik LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
