Privacy Policy

Our Mudroom (ourmudroom.com) is operated by Beysik LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile basics from Google.
• Family and calendar data: household and family member names, colors, events, tasks, lists, routines, notes, directory contacts, and anything else you add.
• Photos and media: Moments photos, videos, and voice notes you upload. They are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links.
• Google Calendar data: if a family admin connects Google Calendar, we read the calendar events you choose to import and, if you turn on publishing, write family events to that calendar.
• Usage and technical data: basic product activity (such as which pages are used) and device or browser information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide Our Mudroom: showing your family's calendar and plans, sending the emails you ask for (briefings, invites, reminders), syncing calendars you connect, processing payments, keeping accounts secure, and improving the product. Optional AI features process the content you send them to produce drafts you review.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads. We don't share your family's information with advertisers or data brokers.

Payments

Mudroom Plus payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only what we need to manage your subscription, such as plan status and billing dates.

Google sign-in and Google Calendar

Google sign-in is used only to verify who you are. Google Calendar access is used only to import and publish the events you choose, is never used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the feature. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Sources, or revoke access in your Google account settings.

Who can see your information

Access is enforced on our servers by your household's roles and sharing settings. Private items stay private, and kids' locations are hidden outside your household unless you share them.

Deleting your account

You can remove items, photos, and connections at any time inside the app. To delete your account and your household's data, email us at beysikllc@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We'll confirm and delete it, except for limited records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Children

Family accounts are created and managed by adults. Children's information is added and controlled by their parents or guardians.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
